Because of Stacey we did not need to travel to NC before or during the selling of our home. I'm not the kind of person to leave negative feedback. I usually prefer to say nothing if I have nothing nice to say and I try to realize that everyone has "off" days, but my experience with Red Fin and Stacey was very bad and when you consider how important selling a house is I feel like I have to give my feedback. I'll open with the punch line so you see how bad this was and why you should read on. Stacey tried to convince us to accept an offer around 185k for our house in Raleigh. We fired her for that and ended up selling our house for 235k, a price she told us we could never possibly get. To me that discrepancy indicates that either Stacey was not representing our best interests or not competent. It seemed like Stacey wasn't trying to get us the best price for our house. I can't...
