Victor Harris is an excellent realtor. We have used him as a buyer's agent twice and as a seller's agent. He is very professional and very knowledgeable with the current market. One instance, we called him at 1:30am, and he answered our call. He showed us the property at 9am, and we bought our house at 930 am the same day! Without his fast response, we will not have our current home right now!

Buying a house is like having a baby super stressful scary and life changing. It is also an amazing beautiful thing when you have the right team around you for support and goodness Darin is the best support I could have ever asked for very informative and open to chat about any concern I had along the way. I will be using his services again when my family decides to upgrade in a few years and I tell anyone in the market to talk with him.

Darin did more than list and sell my parents house. He worked with us on price, commission and understanding the entire process. Including taxes, etc. he directed us on what to do and not do. He helped us think through offers. He also helped us by lining up someone to help sell the contents and belongings which was overwhelming to us. And lined up someone to haul off things and clean! The way that was all handled was professional and extremely fair in price and what we made off the sale. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and advice is solid. He kept us updated at all times and was available at all times. He also helped my son find and buy a house.
