These two have been absolutely terrific in this process. As a first time buyer I had over a million questions and with their expert knowledge they were able to answer on the spot and a few of the trickier questions they were able to get back to me expeditiously. Not to mention there sunny disposition and the banter between the two made this stressful transaction that much easier. Since I don’t live in Oak Harbor, it is unlikely I would have a chance to recommend them. If I did live there, or even knew someone who lived on Whidbey and was thinking of moving, I would definitely recommend Susan and Stu, and this rating would be a 10.

This was the first house that my wife and I had purchased so we had no idea what the process or anything was. Stuart and Susan were fantastic in helping us and quick to answer any questions we had. If they did not know the answer, they would contact someone that did to give us the most accurate information. I would absolutely refer these two to anyone!

Stu was amazing during the whole process. We started looking in April and finally closed on a house in July. He went above and beyond for us the entire time we were looking. He was very informative over the next steps after we found a house and our offer was accepted. Stu was absolutely wonderful! His partner in crime, Susan was amazing too when she took over while Stu was on vacation. Both were lovely people and I really appreciated them!

Stuart was 101 percent in my corner. He showed me ways to save money I didn't even know existed. Stuart guided me through every step of buying my home. He was always on call to help with any questions. Stuart worked closely with my loan company and myself every step of the way. Stuart traveled to the home several times to make sure the seller had completed the updates we asked for and helped with the inspection. During the buying process Stuart made me feel like family, even following up on post sale questions. When I buy again, I'll go to Stuart. He is the best.
