Totally down to earth and it felt like we were really receiving unbiased advice with zero pressure rather than positioning for an easy sale that might not have been in our best interest. Consultative in a way that didn't make us feel cornered into making a decision we didn't feel comfortable with. She priced us perfectly and positioned the house for the correct buyer. On top of that she was highly responsive and her team was awesome. The whole experience felt seamlessly integrated with the Redfin platform and I honestly don't understand why someone would would use another agent agent unless they were interested in paying more for lesser service.

Tara was an excellent resource in helping us determine the right price and messaging to sell our condo in a building that has historically had some difficulty selling units. She went out of her way to make herself available for all of the questions that came up at odd hours, and even took it upon herself to print out some last minute revisions to our silent talkers from her home office, given the lack of access to the normal resources during lockdown. After accepting an offer, she helped us work through some concerns arising from the inspection that were ultimately resolved and accepted by the buyer.

I'll admit it -- I am not an easy person to please. My expectations are high, especially when I'm paying for a service. In comes Tara who blew us away, and exceed our expectations X 100. How'd she do it? Persistence, creativity, a contingency plan if our home DIDN'T show strong interest, local insights, humor, letting us borrow her carpet steamer to clean some unexpected last minute stains, and MOST importantly a STRONG knowledge of pricing in the current market. This last point is key, because her advice is the only reason we listed higher than we'd anticipated (above $1M).
