So I had originally contacted Jessica when we were starting our search. However she was getting ready to go out of town for a vacation and had put me in touch with Mike. From day 1 Mike has been amazing to work with. He went above to help us find our first house. There aren't many realtors that would crawl in a crawl space to look at the foundation for you. Very knowledgeable about the areas we looked in. Walked us through everything. When and if we ever sell, we will 100 percent work with Mike again. We will recommend everyone we talk to to Jessica and Mike.

I was a first time homebuyer, and was very much left in the dark and never even met Jessica. I worked with Kalya who I later found put was Jessica's assistant? I was pretty particular so it was hard to assist me picking a home, and I was find with that. But the process, I was not familiar with and was not very well informed. I love my new home! It's a wonderful house! Was a bummer when my agent or well assistant? Didnt seem at all excited about the house I chose, and was quick to put a terrible looking picture of my home on Facebook. Sad to say I feel the joy was taken out of buying my first home.

Wonderful customer service. Superb communication skills and efficiency. Very friendly; Informal when appropriate, formal and down-to-business when appropriate.
Really took the frustration and guess-and-check handling of tedious paperwork out of the equation (biggest concern when selling property, in my books!).
Prices were just a bit high/bloated/filled-with-extra-"fluff" charges at the end...but that's half my fault [for not reading it all over with a fine-toothed-comb in the beginning] and half NOT her fault [to my understanding, most are necessitated by the broker, title writer, etc].
But yeah, that kinda deflated the otherwise exciting feel of closing a deal [especially on a relatively low-profit piece of property to begin with]. Eh, live and learn...

I'm sure this applies to more than her, but ASK your realtor for help in choosing your lender, if you have that option. I'm sorry I had my lender picked out before meeting Jessica.

She was always on time, shared her knowledge and expertise with us to ensure that our home buying process was as seamless as it could possibly be.
