Did an amazing job for as usual. And in the height of a crazy market. Hardworking guy who really wants for all of his clients to have smooth transactions and find what they really want. Gives great, to the point advice. All the companies (mortgage, closing) he recommended we work with during the home buying process were great as well. He made sure we closed on time despite issues from the other party (sellers). A true professional!

I worked hard to advocate for this customer during the purchase of their home. I submitted all requests to the builder, but ultimately the builder wasn't required to do any of the things we asked of them. Thankfully I was able to work with the builder to resolve some of the customer's requests, I negotiated the price of the home to $30,000 under the asking price, and I even gave my client $1,000 to go towards the appliances they wanted. I hope in the end they enjoy their new home, and I wish them the best of luck. I apologize if it ever was reflected that I was not looking out for their best interests as that is my number one priority.5.0
