Gail was very knowledgeable, steered us in the right direction and very patient with our unique situation. We were purchasing properties outside our home state and were not available for inspections and other issues that needed tending too. Then, after purchasing but before we had arrived in Tennessee, she met with our shutter provider to let him into the home so we could get that process moving before we moved.
