Chad did a fine job in helping us. Buying a house in the PNW is a bit different than buying back East, and Chad helped in working out the differences. His help was a valuable aid to us.

I enjoyed working with Chad, he is pleasant and cooperative, has good suggestions, and calls if he is held up in traffic. He's a little hard to catch in a timely manner on the phone when questions come up, but does call back when he is able. I'd recommend him.

From the first moment, Chad paid attention to the desires we wanted to see in our new house, and he stuck with our budget. He didn't try to push anything on us but went out of his way to understand what we really wanted even when we kept taking him farther and farther from his usual home base. His laid-back demeanor made him an especially good fit for us. The advice he gave us during the purchase process helped us get the house we wanted even though ours was not the highest offer. We couldn't be happier with him.
