Our relative had passed away and we had to sell the home as part of the estate. The house had not been kept up and was in poor conditon. We contacted Twee for her assesment. Should we invest funds and remodel? Should we sell the property as is? Twee was thorough and professional and great to work with. Her assesment of the property and her knowledge of the market led us to a decision. Within 6 weeks, we had the property on the market and it sold in 2 days. We had been working with few agents before we meet Thuy. We came to her open house, and after we asked her few questions, we liked her right away and asked her to be our agent. We can see clearly she has a passion with her job, and always do her best to resolve all issues based on her client interested (that's very important to me). I'd never have to wait more than 1hr to see her reply email and when I call she pick-up the phone right away. Very highly recommended Thuy to anyone
