Venus was excellent to work with. She was great with communication and keeping me in the loop of the process the entire time. She also took ownership of managing my tenants that occupied the home I was selling until we closed. Venus is friendly and approachable, and has a deep list of contacts. Within a week or so of listing my home for sell, we had multiple offers on the table. And though, some offers fell through, Venus was able to bring new buyers to the table almost immediately due to her connections and time in the business. I'd highly recommend working with her.
