We had started with a previous Redfin realtor that later found another job but thankfully we had dealt with Vicki once before due to our other realtor being on vacation. We were having a home built and when that fell through and our realtor left Vicki came in to save the day! She not only helped us secure our beautiful new home but seamlessly worked with our title and financing company like she had been there from the start! One of the things that really impressed us about Vicki was how knowledgeable and thorough she was. She left no stone unturned between finance, appraisal and inspections! She was always available, day or night and was always happy to help with any questions we had!
