Walter was great work with! As first-time homebuyers, he made the process as easy as possible. He was always happy to answer questions for us. He has a lot of experience with the construction industry that was valuable through the process. While we were looking at properties he was able to point out a lot of potential issues and had a good sense of what it would cost to fix them. After we put in an offer, he did a great job negotiating with the seller on our behalf. There was a potential HOA issue that he was tenacious in pursuing when we didn't get a satisfactory response from the seller. I would highly recommend him as a buyers agent and will use him again the next time we are in the market for a new home.

Purchased a new construction home with Walter and was glad I did. I worked with Walter for almost 6 months, since before signing the Purchase Agreement and until closing. During this time, Walter was very knowledgeable about the process for new construction homes and was able to negotiate a good price with the builder. He was always available to answer any questions and was there for any meetings we had with builder, inspections, and closing. He made sure the builder addressed any issues from the inspections and helped me acquire a home with no issues.

I cannot imagine having bought a house with a different realtor. We asked around to different realtors, but Walter was standout from the beginning. He was not pushy, and for every house, he would investigate it with a fine tooth comb. We didn't know anything about home buying, and he explained everything clearly, he was always available to us, and we really felt he had our best interests in mind. This was my 4th home purchase in the last 6 years and Walter was the coolest agent I've worked with thus far. Traditional agents and friends warned me that Redfins service was not as good as a traditional Real Estate agent but I beg to differ. At least in the case of Walter, he was great, responsive, experienced, knew the market, helpful, and had my best interests in mind through the whole process. Highly recommend and would reach out to Walter again for my next home purchase if it's in his market. Two thumbs up.
