Cheyenne was very friendly, easy to work, and efficient in helping help us sell our property. It sold quickly and for a good price. I appreciated her advice about what repairs or cosmetic fixes to do (or not do) was very helpful, and coordinating some repairs was very convenient for us, since we did not live nearby. The marketing pictures and videos were wonderful and attracted the right audience. I was initially concerned that her suggested selling price was too high, but having several competing offers made me realize that it was just right. Thank you for everything Cheyenne!
