We began our home search long distance and he toured all of the homes virtually with us and explained the good and the bad of each home, including things we weren't knowledgeable on (roof types, septic system maintenance, etc). He was extremely quick on contract document turn around and offered good negotiation suggestions, while always encouraging us to make decisions we would be comfortable with.
