Our original RedFin agent left and Nicole came to the rescue. She provided excellent feedback and consistent updates on everything. Nicole was always available and she responded promptly to all communications. Her professionalism was a delight We were very fortunate to have her as our listing agent.

We started with another Redfin agent and received limited communication; we had the impression that there was little interest in our home. Then our agent quit Redfin and Nicole Arnold took over. Immediately after, there was so much interest in the home, consistent informative communication from Nicole. There were several offers and ultimately, she got us to the finish line and she was wonderful to work with. If I had to go back and do it again, I wish Nicole was our agent through the whole process. Nicole is a true find in both the world of realtors as well as human beings. Professional, approachable, patient and optimistic to briefly summarize. She is competent and exceptional without the bizarre hubris often encountered when interacting with real estate agents. Always available to field questions, concerns or problem solve. She was quite literally the number one reason we chose to list our home with Redfin after a chance encounter with her during a previous home appraisal. If Redfin executives read this, they should seriously consider elevating her role within their organization. She has been nothing short of an ambassador for Redfin. Although I sound like I'm related to her, I can assure the reader we are not. Just very happy home sellers/buyers who were fatigued with the process and won the real estate agent lottery. Everyone should be so lucky. A million stars. Cannot effusively recommended enough!

We were in a situation where we had to move to Europe on a very fast timeline, so I wasn't available to be at the house soon after it went up for sale. Nicole went out of her way to be there when I could not, clean, and even do some small fixes to help pass inspection. She was always courteous, friendly, and happy to chat regardless of the time. Would highly recommend her to any of my friends looking to sell or buy.
