We were in a situation where we had to move to Europe on a very fast timeline, so I wasn't available to be at the house soon after it went up for sale. Nicole went out of her way to be there when I could not, clean, and even do some small fixes to help pass inspection. She was always courteous, friendly, and happy to chat regardless of the time. Even though this was a long process she was supportive, friendly, and always willing to take the extra steps necessary so we could find the home that would be right for us. Nicole advocated for us strongly with the sellers agent and we know that she did her absolute best for us at all times. Selling and buying a home at the same time can weaken your sanity and faith. Nicole consistently went above and beyond expectations. She always made herself available for questions and recommendations, from last minute offers (8PM when the deadline was 8:30PM) to contractor referrals (she even called many of them herself) to trivial matters such as whether the seller would let us purchase a piece of their furniture. She was also very sweet with our rambunctious 2.5 year-old, and often kept an eye on him while we toured the properties (and we saw many many). I actually purchased some Redfin stock options, because as I told Nicole, if her work was even partially representative of all Redfin agents, then the classic real estate industry better watch out.

Nicole was a fantastic agent. We couldn't have asked for a better guide through the home-buying process. She was knowledgeable, timely, helpful, patient, kind and, possibly most important, effective!
We purchased a home in one of the hottest real estate markets in recent memory. We'd heard stories of bidding wars, putting offers on multiple homes and general heartache as our friends all buy homes. However, with Nicole we found the perfect home, she advised on a strong offer and the seller accepted within 5 days. First home we looked at. Amazing.
I'd recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. She's great!
